200CT POWERBLAST DYNAMO CONDENSOR TYPE EXPLODER SUITABLE TO FIRE ONE SHOT TO TWO HUNDRED SHOTS IN SERIES WITH INBUILT CHARGING METER AND CONTINUITY INDICATOR. CMRI TESTED FOR COMPLETE IS:9836/1981 SPECIFICATION AND BIS LICENCE NO. CM/L-7199185 FOR ISI MARK.

 FEATURES :

This is the most versatile Exploder used for opencast mining & construction sites

Ø  POWERBLAST 200CT Exploder has inbuilt circuit continuity tester for mandatory checks for continuity during blast. 

Ø  POWERBLAST 200CT  Exploder has an inbuilt charging meter which indicates the charge developed when the hand cranked generator is rotated. 

Ø  POWERBLAST 200CT Exploder charge is put on the firing circuit only when the exploder firing switch is pressed. 

Ø  POWERBLAST 200CT Exploder will discharge internally if the firing is to be cancelled by removing the hand cranked generator handle thus there full safety even during cancellation of fire at any stage.

Ø  POWERBLAST 200CT Exploder is very compact and light and can be handled very easily.

Ø  POWERBLAST 200CT Exploder has Hermetically sealed circuit which is intrinsically safe except for the output firing voltage.

 OPERATION :

Ø  Place the Exploder on a solid base.

Ø  Intimate everybody in & around the blast area to clear for blasting.

Ø  Connect shot firing cable to the Exploder output terminals, Insert handle into the generator flange and rotate.

Ø  If the Detonator circuit has proper continuity, the continuity test indicator will glow. If it does not glow remove handle and check detonator circuit.

Ø  If continuity is proper then keep on rotating the generator handle till the charging meter pointer reaches the red mark.

Ø  When the pointer of the charging meter remains in the red scale PRESS firing switch to trigger EXPLOSION for a full capacity blast.

Ø  If the firing at any stage is to be cancelled for any genuine reason just remove crank handle from the generator flange. The flange shutter will close and the condenser of the Exploder will discharge internally with no residual charge.

Ø  Remove Blasting cable leads from the terminal of exploders before entering the blast face area.

Ø  Keep the exploder in dry place.

Ø  As per regulation always keep the exploder key with the person authorized to do so.

Ø  Under no condition the exploders should be opened for overhaul / repairs / maintenance / study at mine or construction site as it is not permitted as per regulation.

Ø  As per the local regulation the exploder should be maintained timely and a usability certificate obtained from authorized / competent persons only.
