LED FLOOD - PROJECTION LIGHT

THE LED FLOOD LIGHT IS HAVING THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:

Optical :

Asymmetric pattern type for open field lighting, billboards and similar lighting situations.

There are three broad options of LED Flood Lighting described as under:

·         Focussed LED with clear lens for enhanced throw at 60 degrees.

·         Diffused throw at 60 / 90 degrees angle for smooth dispersion of light.

·         A combination of both – lens & diffuser.

Power :

·         Multiple channel circuit & constant current design of the LED driver drives the individual LED series connected to the circuit to ensure constant current loading irrespective of the input voltage..

·         The total LED Flood Light circuit is divided into separate LED circuits with separate drives to ensure availability of other working circuits even in case of failure of others.

·         Separate 10 watts LED individual circuits with driver units.

·         The Power factor (PF) of the unit is 0.95 at full load.

·         Over-heat and over-voltage protection designed with self thermal compensation ensures long LED life and optical performance.

THERMAL :

Unique thermal design achieves 55°C sink base temperature @ 30°C ambient and still-air condition, 2°C temperature variation on sink base and LED junction temperature controlled below 75°C. Lumen loss is less than 7% @ 30°C ambient and still-air condition. Overheat protection is designed to adjust LED current as sink base reaches 70°C.  

FITTING ENCLOSURE:

·         The ingress protection of the main LED Flood Light is IP:65 for open to sky working in all weather condition.

·         All components are mounted inside the prewired enclosure

·         The mounting bracket is adjustable for giving directional light throw.

·         The fitting is designed in Aluminium LM6 alloy with maximum surface area for ideal heat dissipation.

·         The front is a toughened flat glass with neoprene gasket and stainless steel clamps & bolting.
